Re: Reinstatement to the Bar of Arkansas

Jean :

I am happy to convey a copy of the "certificate" which has
been filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court this date. You will
note that the certificate authorizes your reinstatement to the Bar
of Arkansas from your license fee suspension. Please keep in mind
that your license remains Suspended until you have met the
requirements of reinstatement from your CLE suspension as set forth
in my letter of March 11. Specifically, as soon as you have
acquired the requisite 36 hours of CLE, and paid the reinstatement
and late filing fee in the amount of $275.00, then all suspensions
will be lifted.

In connection with your reinstatement from your license fee
suspension I have conveyed to the Clerk Of the Court your money
order in the amount of $650.00. You are now current on payment of
license fees through the end of this calendar year. Also, I have
processed your $100.00 administrative fee which was payable to the
Board of law Examiners.
